TRAIN WITH CHRISTIAN HARRIS
READY TO WORK?
My coach is Jason Leydon. He provides individualized programming for me with room for me to contribute and be creative — giving me the freedom to add in or make changes on a weekly basis. Now YOU can follow along with my EXACT workouts!
My general training schedule is as follows:
M-W - Training 8am-11am
Thursday - Rest or Flow Day with a ROMWOD 8am-10am
Friday and Saturday - Training 8am-11am
Sunday -Rest Day
Most of my sessions are broken up into three distinct parts. A cardio piece, a mobility & activation piece, and then another piece which typically includes strength, accessory work, and metcons.
My cardio is usually first, so I will hit that and then take my time with getting mobilized and prepped before getting started on the “work” session. Everything combined is typically 2-3 hours. The beauty of it is: you can do it all, or you can cherry pick — especially depending on your schedule.
CARDIO PARTY
Run, row, bike, ski — all staples in these cardio sessions. These are usually between 30-60 minutes at varying effort levels.
PREPARE
Roll out, mobilization, activate, prehab and rehab work make up the next portion of my daily routine. For me, this is an essential piece to my training to keep me feeling good and injury free.
DO WORK
Strength training, accessory work, mixed modality conditioning — this is where the “gainz” are made. It’s hard work and fun combined into a 60-90 minute session.
